Color
Shiny with an intense golden color and slight copper reflections.
Nose
Very aromatic, rich and complex nose of caramelized hazelnuts, dried apricots, toast, biscuit, scents of dry spices, vanilla and honey, reminiscent of aged champagne.
palate
Good concentration and body (for a non-alcoholic wine) with a very creamy mousse and crisp acidity. The mid-palate is full of dried apricots and ripe fresh fruits combined with the delicate creaminess of biscuit, beeswax, and notes of hazelnut. A fresh and creamy aftertaste.

La Cuvée 2022 Blanc de Blancs is an exceptional French vintage with 0.0% alcohol. Its tasting reveals great complexity and distinctive character, like a fine wine full of uniqueness. Its paradox lies in the complexity of its aromas and flavors, reminiscent of a great, mature sparkling wine at its peak, despite being a relatively young, non-alcoholic wine.
The cultivation
French savoir-faire
The process begins with a careful selection of organically grown Chardonnay grapes from partner vineyards in the Languedoc. Preference is given to hillside plots, where the concentration and complexity of the aromas are best appreciated. The grapes are harvested two weeks earlier than usual in the region to ensure optimal acidity.
French Bloom has selected the 2022 vintage for its first work, La Cuvée Vintage Blanc de Blanc – a vintage characterized by abundant sunshine and exceptional quality.
The maturity
Matured in French oak barrels.
After the harvest, the grapes are pressed to obtain only the "vin clair." The majority is then aged in 225-liter new French oak barrels, while the remainder is stored in stainless steel tanks.
It is thanks to the fusion of these two elements that the complexity and character of the wine form a harmonious blend of aromas and flavors.
