Why are non-alcoholic beverage alternatives so important?
Non-alcoholic beverages offer a healthy alternative for guests who wish to avoid alcohol, whether for health reasons, religious beliefs, or simply personal preference. In recent years, the demand for high-quality, non-alcoholic alternatives has increased significantly. Many people today place more value on conscious enjoyment and are looking for drinks that offer full flavor without the alcohol.
Are soft drinks really alcohol-free?
Most soft drinks contain a maximum of 0.5% alcohol, which is legally considered "alcohol-free." This is such a small amount that it has no noticeable effects and is safe for most people to consume.
However, we also offer completely alcohol-free options that contain 0.0% alcohol.
How are non-alcoholic beverages made?
Non-alcoholic wines and spirits are often produced by distillation or vacuum distillation, which gently removes the alcohol after fermentation. This preserves the aromas and flavor of the original while reducing the alcohol content.

Why do I have to register to see prices?
Our B2B shop is aimed exclusively at restaurateurs and retailers. To ensure that only authorized business customers have access to our prices, registration is required. Once registered, you can view all prices in the shop.

How does the registration process work?
After you register, your account will be manually verified by our team. This process typically takes only a few hours. Once the verification is complete, your account will be confirmed, and you'll have access to pricing and the ability to place orders.
As a retailer, why can't I see all brands after logging in?
Not all brands in our range are available to retailers. To ensure you only see products you can purchase, all unavailable brands and products are automatically hidden after logging in.
3. Shipping information for restaurateurs
How much are the shipping costs for restaurateurs?
For restaurateurs in Germany, we offer free shipping for orders of 12 bottles or more.
Minimum order quantity: 12 bottles (mixed)
How is the delivery carried out?
We work with our partner shipping service DPD to deliver your orders safely and quickly. We use certified security bottle cartons to ensure your products arrive undamaged.
For larger orders, we use freight forwarding on pallets to ensure safe and efficient transport.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping typically takes 1-3 business days, provided all items are in stock. For freight forwarding, delivery times may vary depending on the size of the order.
Can I track my order?
Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us with a tracking link that you can use to track your shipment at any time.
Do you also deliver internationally?
We currently only offer shipping within Germany. If you are interested in international deliveries, please contact us directly and we will explore the options.
