An alcohol-free alternative to natural wine that defies conventional thinking: Balade Minérale Blanc from Fruitslagers combines wild-fermented organic grapes with maritime botanicals for a new, salty, mineral taste experience. Chardonnay and Pecorino aren't simply dealcoholized—they're fermented, infused, clarified, and served with a fine sparkling finish.

The texture is reminiscent of natural wine , the aroma of sea breezes: oyster shells, dulse seaweed, and Douglas fir needles provide depth, while the citrus freshness of the grapes remains intact. On the palate, it is complex and surprisingly dry – with light perlage and subtle acidity.

Perfect as an aperitif, with oysters, raw fish or salty cheese.

Cul Sec ist die alkoholfreie Weinlinie des Amsterdamer Kollektivs Fruitslagers – gemacht für alle, die Natural Wine lieben, aber auf Alkohol verzichten wollen.

Statt auf Entalkoholisierung zu setzen, geht Cul Sec einen anderen Weg: Aus Trauben, wilden Zutaten wie Algen, Hölzern und Kräutern entstehen durch moderne Fermentation strukturreiche, komplexe Kompositionen – ganz ohne Alkohol.

Das Ergebnis erinnert mehr an Naturwein als an klassischen Traubensaft: trocken, ungeschönt, ungewöhnlich spannend. Mit salziger Frische, feinen Tanninen und fermentierter Tiefe – für alle, die echten Geschmack wollen, aber klar bleiben möchten.
