Rebels 0.0% Rosso is an ode to Italian aperitif culture—completely alcohol-free, but with full aromatic power. Bitter orange meets bergamot, wormwood, and gentian. A finely balanced composition with floral notes, spices, and the distinctive depth of classic bitter aperitifs.
Whether neat over ice with caper apple, as a Negroni, or simply with soda: Rosso is your non-alcoholic start to the evening – stylish, tart, and surprisingly complex. Developed by bartender icon Dirk Hany in Switzerland, it's vegan and free from artificial additives.
