Le Tribute extracts Indian ginger through cold percolation, preserving its properties and aromas with a touch of warmth. Cooking the ginger converts the gingerol molecules into shogaol, giving it a spicy flavor. The smooth, long-lasting carbonation is achieved by gently carbonating and cooling the liquid to 2°C before bottling.
